My New Kids' eBook! đ

Hello, friends!
Iâm beyond excited to share a very special project thatâs been close to my heart: Tech Is Magic: Fun Facts About Robots, Bugs, and the Big Wide Web - a new eBook created especially for curious minds ages 5â9.
This book started with a simple idea: what if learning about technology felt a bit like discovering magic? What if kids could see robot vacuums as helpers with personalities, imagine tiny moths inspiring the term âcomputer bug,â or realize that their fingers hold secret power on touchscreens?

As a former teacher and lifelong book lover, creating Tech Is Magic was deeply personal for me. I grew up obsessed with reading - books opened up entire worlds. I wanted this project to do the same for kids curious about how technology and creativity intersect.
I studied at DeKalb School of the Arts, where my love for storytelling blossomed, and later earned my masterâs in technical writing at Kennesaw State University. Every illustration in this book was designed with intention - to spark curiosity in kids and welcome them into both the art and tech spaces, especially those who donât often see themselves there.
Each page is filled with bite-sized, fact-packed storiesâlike how the internet turned 40 in 1983, or how Tim Berners-Lee built the very first website in 1991. And because I believe learning works best when itâs playful, Iâve included a fun bonus: our Tech Is Magic scavenger hunt, designed to bring tech to life in real time around the house.

I created this book hoping it will:
Spark curiosity and big questions about how things work.
Give parents and teachers a playful tool to introduce STEM.
Encourage young readers to imagine themselves as tomorrowâs inventors.
If you love seeing a child's face light up as they learn, giggle at a fun fact, or proudly complete a scavenger hunt, this book is for you.
Tech Is Magic will be available everywhere eBooks are sold - from Amazon Kindle to Apple Books - and right here on my website with bonus printable activities.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support means everything, and I can't wait to hear how your little explorers enjoy the adventure.
Hereâs to curiosity, creativity, and a future filled with wonder!
