About Taylor

I’m Taylor — a digital strategist, builder, and educator who helps founders and organizations create systems that actually support their work.

I don’t believe in rushing to tools, trends, or templates. I believe in clarity first: understanding what you’re building, who it’s for, and how technology should quietly do its job in the background.
That approach shapes everything I do at The TTC Agency.

How I Work

My work lives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and intention.

I partner with founders, nonprofits, and small teams who are tired of chaotic systems and ready to build something sustainable. Together, we slow down just enough to design websites, workflows, and digital tools that make sense — not just today, but as you grow.

I’m not here to overwhelm you with options. I’m here to help you choose wisely.

A Little Context

Before founding The TTC Agency, I worked across education, technology, and creative spaces — building, teaching, and learning how people actually interact with digital systems.

That experience taught me something simple but powerful:
Most digital frustration isn’t a tech problem. It’s a clarity problem.

Once you fix the thinking, the tools fall into place.

Beyond Client Work

When I’m not working directly with clients, I focus on education and access.

I write Tech Queens Weekly, a newsletter created for Black women curious about technology, AI, and digital careers. I also created Tech Is Magic, a children’s book designed to make technology feel approachable, empowering, and human.

Because understanding technology shouldn’t feel exclusive — or intimidating.

Who I Work Best With

I work best with people and organizations who:

  • Value strategy before execution

  • Want clarity, not chaos

  • Are willing to build intentionally

I’m probably not the best fit if you’re looking for:

  • A quick fix

  • A rushed project

  • Trend-driven solutions without alignment

And that’s okay.

Let’s Build Something Meaningful

If you’re ready to build systems that support your work — not compete with it — I’d love to explore what that could look like together.

Start with strategy.
